Patient Participation Group (PPG) refers to patients, such as you, who are taking an active interest in healthcare.
It gives you the opportunity to have a say in how services are planned, developed and evaluated, by development a good working relationship with the practice staff and GPs.
Membership of the group is voluntary and involves attending 6 meetings a year.
Virtual Members
Do you have something to say, but don’t have the time to attend meetings? You can become a virtual member of the Patient Participation Group.
As a member of the Virtual Patient Group, we will send you e-mails with copies of the Agendas, Minutes of the meetings and other documentation discussed or to be discussed by the Group asking you for your opinion on a range of topics.
The information you supply will be used to contact you via e-mail. This facility is intended for this purpose only and not for personal medical issues or complaints, for which there are procedures already in place.
Please note, your e-mail address will be shared with other members of the Group but will not be shared with anyone else apart for any purpose

If you would like to become a member of the Group, please contact the Practice and ask to speak to the Deputy Practice Manager/Practice Manager who will send you a form.
