NON-NHS SERVICES

Certain services provided by your doctor are not covered by the NHS and you will therefore be asked to pay a fee in line with the recommendation of the British Medical Association.

These include:

  • Pre-employment medicals
  • Private medicals
  • Insurance medicals
  • Fitness to drive medicals
  • HGV/PSV medicals
  • Insurance/Travel certificates
  • Private certificates

If you have any queries about fees or any other private medical services please ask at reception.

HEALTH CHECKS

If you are aged between 16 - 75 you can request a health check every three years. If you are over 75 years old you are entitled to a check every year.
